Just closed on land through Carrie last week. Carrie is a pleasure to work with, she is super friendly and knowledgeable. We came to Branson in December just trying to get a feel for the real estate market. Now three short months later we own property outside of Branson. Me and my wife found Carrie Higgs, and since we live in a different state we were looking for someone familiar with the Southwest Missouri area to be our eyes and ears since we wouldn't be able to see the properties in person. I wanted to find someone trust worthy who wasn't out to just make a quick sale and get there commission and move on, and i wanted someone actually familiar with the area we were interested in purchasing from. I could tell right away that Carrie was a genuine person, and was willing to help and go above what she really needed to do to help us out so we chose her to help with the properties we were interested in.After finding a property we were interested in she made some phone calls and put in a bid for us, but was actually able to get the property for $5000.00 less than what we bid. This probably isn't normal, but she made that happen for us, and after we made a bid, she drove out to the property away from her home base and hiked into the remote area where the house was located to get us photos of the property. She went down a hill to the river to get us photos from the bottom and then had to hike all the way back up and back out to her car.Since we live in a different state, we weren't familiar with local contractors and she provided us with contacts for trustworthy Well, Septic, Plumbing, and Surveying contractors that were willing and ready to help us.She also helped to get us closed in 30 days with zero hassle.Carrie is kind, helpful, and i feel really went above and beyond for me, and my wife, and we will recommend her to everyone we know, and you can believe that in the future if i find myself in need of a realtor she will be my first call.
